What you will do

• Lead design and scaling of infrastructure systems supporting product and AI teams.
• Build and maintain backend systems including authentication, real-time data flows, and service orchestration.
• Develop internal platforms for source control, build, test, and deployment to improve developer experience.
• Architect and operate cloud infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI research, security, and developer teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City
• Strong experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable backend systems and developer tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
