What you will do

• Oversee and optimize global payment processing, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive the development of payment relationships, expanding and optimizing operations in EU, Asia, and Latin America.
• Automate treasury processes and explore innovative payment solutions.
• Design and implement tailored payment strategies for regional expansion and business scalability.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, including banks and e-money providers.
• Support operational cash management activities, including KYC, AML compliance, and regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance within international companies, banks, Big4, or IT companies.
• Solid understanding of payment systems and international business, including cross-border and multi-currency payments.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make sound business decisions, and foresee circumstances.
• Proficient in Excel.
• English B2+.

Nice to have

• Treasury experience in LatAm, Asia, and EU regions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
