What you will do
- Own daily bug triage across the Home domain, assessing severity and routing issues.
- Own and report on key operational metrics (e.g., TTFR, SLA adherence, backlog health).
- Identify trends in recurring defects and propose improvements or fixes.
- Manage operational requests intake and enforce SLA expectations across stakeholders.
- Coordinate localization workflows across markets, vendors, and engineering teams.
- Support mobile release management by maintaining calendars, tracking progress, and flagging risks.
Requirements
- Experience: Around 4-6 years in Product Operations, Program Coordination, or Technical Support.
- Technical aptitude: Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Miro, API debugging tools (Charles/Proxyman), SQL, and log tools to investigate patterns independently.
- Ability to identify root causes, recognize patterns, and suggest solutions.
- Skilled at engaging cross-functional stakeholders and driving clarity.
- Effective collaboration with Engineering, Product, and regional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests reliably.
