What you will do

• Plan, control, and structure classic and agile IT projects focusing on deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead workshops for requirement analysis, effort estimation, and project steering.
• Coordinate internal and external teams and transition projects to daily operations.
• Innovate project methods and standards to maintain competitive edge.
• Prepare decision-making templates for top management.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Berlin or able to work hybrid from there.
• 5–7 years of experience in complex project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Degree or training in economics, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) and product development (Product Owner) are advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a hands-on mentality.
