What you will do

• Design and develop customized CRM solutions for advertising workflows using Dynamics 365.
• Integrate CRM with advertising systems, marketing automation, and reporting platforms like Power BI.
• Implement AI-first features to automate workflows and improve seller efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be located within commuting distance to Redmond office and work onsite at least four days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background security screening.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
