What you will do
- Own end-to-end management and execution of all performance cycles globally, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Develop and refine performance management methodologies and evaluation criteria based on business needs and data insights.
- Serve as SME and administrator for Workday Performance Management module, ensuring data accuracy and user experience.
- Lead program logistics including monitoring completion rates, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Partner with Learning & Development to build capability in feedback and coaching across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on leadership development, succession planning, and enterprise talent strategies.
Requirements
- Must work onsite from Lehi, Utah or Santa Clara, California.
- Proven expertise in designing and operating global performance management programs.
- Experience with Workday Performance Management modules and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences including executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational HR programs with cross-functional influence.
- English proficiency at least B2 level (job posted in English).
