What you will do

• Act as primary People Partner for the Americas region, managing employee relations, HR policy, and compliance aligned with global strategy.
• Drive organizational development and improve team structures and manager capabilities.
• Partner with Talent and Rewards teams to implement and enhance people programs like performance management and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and talent planning.
• Manage employee relations issues and investigations with sound judgment.
• Communicate people programs and policies clearly across the region.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with 3 days a week in New York office.
• 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years supporting executive leaders, preferably in tech.
• Experience in scaling HR solutions during growth and international expansion.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Passion for equitable and inclusive HR processes.
• Ability to work with international teams and adapt to dynamic business needs.
