Salary: $180,000–$195,500 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with Finance leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective people strategies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and organizational culture enhancement.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address issues proactively, and drive informed decision-making.
• Support organizational change management initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the media industry, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
