TL;DR

Senior Manager Talent & Culture (HR Business Partner): Lead talent development and culture initiatives for hirify.global, designing and scaling leadership programs, career growth frameworks, and engagement strategies with an accent on aligning brand-specific needs with corporate talent strategy. Focus on building inclusive employee experiences, facilitating organizational development, and driving adoption of enterprise talent programs across global teams.

Location: Hybrid in West Hollywood, California, with 3 days/week onsite in Dallas or LA office

Salary: $143,000–$172,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead learning and leadership development strategies tailored to hirify.global’s brand and culture.
  • Design and deliver leadership programs and team effectiveness sessions.
  • Revamp career pathways and embed career frameworks into talent reviews.
  • Build inclusive culture initiatives and support employee engagement efforts.
  • Localize and scale corporate talent programs to fit hirify.global’s organizational needs.
  • Measure program impact using data from surveys and talent reviews.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work hybrid with presence in Dallas or LA office 3 days/week
  • 8+ years experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
  • Proven ability to build and facilitate talent programs across corporate and brand structures.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with performance management and engagement survey processes.
  • Cultural fluency and ability to translate values into actionable programs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/LMS platforms like Workday or Litmos.
  • Certifications in leadership or team development tools (e.g., DiSC, Enneagram).
  • Proficiency with digital learning content authoring tools like Articulate.
