Location: Hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week in our Mountain View, CA, or San Diego, CA, USA offices.

Salary: $152,000 - $206,000 (Bay Area California); $137,000 - $185,500 (Southern California)

What you will do

• Support the company's approach to external HR trends and developments.
• Execute strategic changes and address complex performance concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Manage a caseload of employee escalations, collaborating with various HR teams.
• Work on company-level and team priorities and projects within the People & Places organization.
• Build capability for managers and People & Places teams through cases and projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Employee Relations or equivalent (HR Generalist/HRBP) experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Data-driven mindset for understanding case and organizational insights.
• Ability to see situations from all perspectives and resolve conflicts for optimal outcomes.
• Learning and growth mindset, continuously seeking improvement.

Nice to have

• B.A. or J.D. or equivalent experience.
