Principal Product Manager, Strategic Partnerships (AI): Building products for hirify.global's Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates business, driving innovation and scaling partnerships with an accent on new product development, monetization, B2B/B2C, and AI/ML capabilities. Focus on co-developing new products directly with partners, improving core products for engagement, and ensuring long-term scalability and platform leverage.

Location: Hybrid in Seattle or San Jose, United States, with a flexible work model.

Salary: $224,000–$338,500 USD (annual, depending on location).

What you will do

  • Shape long-term understanding of partner and traveler needs to identify strategic opportunities and new product bets.
  • Define the end-to-end product vision and strategic direction for new partner growth initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a multi-year roadmap that drives material commercial impact.
  • Set the technical and architectural direction for partner experiences to ensure long-term scalability.
  • Translate market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends into strategic shifts.
  • Lead innovation and AI/ML-powered capabilities that unlock new value for partners and travelers at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10-12+ years of product management experience with a strong background in new product development, monetization, B2B/B2C, and AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, commercially viable products.
  • Strong product vision, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability to define KPIs and extract actionable insights.
  • Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management, with experience aligning diverse teams and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to obtain US work authorization (E-Verify participation).
