What you will do

• Lead UI implementation for hirify.global products and services, ensuring optimal merchant experience across frontend touchpoints.
• Collaborate effectively with Product and Design counterparts.
• Lead project priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Tackle new challenges across the full stack while pushing technology forward.

Requirements

• Comprehensive skills in React and TypeScript, capable of architecting complex applications, driving best practices, and mentoring.
• Extensive experience in software development, design, and architecture, with a strong focus on security.
• Experience collaborating on software projects with both design and backend teams.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows and cloud-based application development.
• Strong customer focus, building accessible applications with a great UX.
• Experience leading tech initiatives, guiding your team, and delivering reliable, well-tested systems.
• Great communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Some experience with C#.
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and performance issues in web applications and knowing how to debug them.
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture.
• Database experience with NoSQL, ElasticSearch or similar tool.
