What you will do

• Lead UI implementation for hirify.global products, ensuring optimal merchant experience across all frontend touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product and Design counterparts on new features and services.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Lead project priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead technical initiatives, guiding and mentoring your team.

Requirements

• Comprehensive skills in React and TypeScript for architecting complex applications.
• Extensive experience in software development, design, and architecture, with a strong focus on security.
• Experience collaborating on software projects with both design and backend teams.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows.
• Cloud-based application development experience.
• Strong customer focus; building accessible applications with a great UX.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the office in London.

Nice to have

• Some experience with C#.
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and performance issues in web applications and knowing how to debug them.
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture.
• Database experience with NoSQL, ElasticSearch or similar tool.
