What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codebase across the stack.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Quality Experts to translate requirements and deliver automated tests.
• Contribute to team success by fixing bugs, resolving incidents, and minimizing customer impact.
• Ensure code quality through peer feedback via code reviews.
• Improve developer experience by optimizing local development setup, CI/CD, and test suite.
• Coach, mentor, and pair with other engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in building complex web applications.
• Strong knowledge of frontend best practices, scalability, HTML, CSS, and HTTP.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Git, SASS, and styled-components.
• Ability to work across different programming languages and tech stacks (React/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python).
• Experience with Docker and potentially Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical problems to various audiences.
