What you will do
- Plan and execute user research studies applying behavioral science principles and rigorous experimental designs.
- Use diverse research methods including usability tests, qualitative interviews, and literature reviews to inform product decisions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations for product leadership.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to solve healthcare challenges.
- Support behavioral science training programs and workshops for cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- BA/BS in Social/Behavioral Sciences, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years applied research experience with experimental and quantitative methods.
- Experience with behavioral science research and evaluation methods such as A/B testing and RCTs; AI model development knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MA/MS/PhD) in Social Sciences, HCI, Product Design, or related field.
- Experience with research tools like Dscout, Qualtrics, HeyMarvin.
- Familiarity with Behavioral Science frameworks such as COM-B, EAST, Fogg.
