Salary: $189,450–$225,640 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end user research projects focused on safety and security for millions of players and creators.
• Translate research findings into actionable product feature recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Civility.
• Drive research discussions and contribute to product vision and roadmaps.
• Present research outcomes to Product Group leadership.
• Help evolve research processes and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA, United States with onsite presence required Tuesday to Thursday.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX or product researcher.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in HCI, psychology, marketing research, sociology, anthropology, or related social science discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including software like Qualtrics, SQL, and statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python).
• Strong collaboration, systems thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Motivated to learn new tools and techniques continuously.
