What you will do

• Implement product strategy coordinating Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams and third-party partners.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and deliver regular financial and strategic updates.
• Lead cross-functional execution by prioritizing initiatives, mitigating risks, and driving strategy adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Communicate results, impacts, and business cases clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Cardiff with 2 days per week in-office
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven experience in P&L management and commercial analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize strategically and drive execution focus.
