What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive discounting strategies aligned with business objectives for revenue and customer acquisition.
• Lead design of promotional campaigns, bundles, and offers across channels and customer segments.
• Analyze promotional performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing analytics, finance, ecommerce, legal, and other teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York City (hybrid work format)
• 6+ years of relevant experience including consulting, financial institutions, or product marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership.
