What you will do

• Own the Strategic Account P&L, driving revenue growth, margin discipline, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead account strategy, renewals, and expansion plans for top brands and retailers.
• Redesign the Strategic Accounts function into an integrated client business team model.
• Serve as senior escalation point and strategic advisor for C-suite client relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of senior client leads and account directors.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Field Ops to align client roadmaps with platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with US-based employees
• 10–15 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or platform-based enterprise sales leadership.
• Proven success managing large client portfolios ($100M+) and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of commerce media, programmatic buying, and retailer/advertiser dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Highly data-driven with strong financial and operational KPI management skills.
