What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation software solutions using Blue Prism.
• Identify and communicate technical requirements for implementation.
• Ensure development follows coding standards and frameworks.
• Apply SCRUM and Agile methodologies in project delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions.
• Define and update best practices and development techniques.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from specified cities.
• About 1 year of experience in RPA development with Blue Prism.
• Strong technical skills to independently execute tasks across development phases.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• English: Very good command, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Experience working in SCRUM/Agile environments.
