What you will do

• Collaborate within cross-functional agile squads to deliver investment capabilities for retail, intermediary, and institutional clients.
• Drive product strategy by understanding problems and aligning to business mission.
• Execute product delivery lifecycle from concept to marketplace launch.
• Communicate customer pain points and requirements to agile teams using epics and stories.
• Support business readiness and post-launch product support.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile leadership behaviors within teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in business or relevant technology leadership is beneficial.
• 3+ years experience in product management teams focused on delivery and software development.
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude; Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to navigate complex capabilities.
• Must be able to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office.
