What you will do
- Lead experience design squad within agile teams to define and enhance colleague and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with product owners, researchers, and engineers to take propositions from concept to reality.
- Drive strategic vision for the colleague channels platform, ensuring decisions are insight-driven.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business context, needs, and risks.
- Research, document, and prototype current and future state services and experiences.
- Coach and mentor others to foster good experience design decisions and user focus.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with at least 40% office presence in Halifax, Leeds, or Manchester, UK
- Experience with design thinking, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and related research methods.
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor others in experience design.
- English language proficiency: implied fluent (B2+)
