What you will do
- Own retention, reactivation, and customer monetisation strategies.
- Define and maintain LTV reporting tools to support cross-functional decisions.
- Guide product and data teams on features impacting commercial performance.
- Create actionable customer segments and personalisation strategies.
- Lead initiatives to increase adoption of upsell products, rewards, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in West London
- 3–5 years experience in commercial, growth, or retention roles within D2C or subscription businesses.
- Strong knowledge of LTV metrics such as churn, ARPU, payback, and cohort analysis.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and prioritising cross-team initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and measurable impact.

- Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools.
