TL;DR

Commercial Lead (Product Management): Own and optimise Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) strategies including retention, monetisation, and reactivation for a high-growth D2C pet care brand with an accent on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on designing actionable customer segments, personalisation strategies, and leading initiatives to boost upsell and loyalty adoption.

Location: Hybrid in West London (3 days office)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Share Options + Benefits

What you will do

  • Own retention, reactivation, and customer monetisation strategies.
  • Define and maintain LTV reporting tools to support cross-functional decisions.
  • Guide product and data teams on features impacting commercial performance.
  • Create actionable customer segments and personalisation strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to increase adoption of upsell products, rewards, and loyalty programs.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in West London
  • 3–5 years experience in commercial, growth, or retention roles within D2C or subscription businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of LTV metrics such as churn, ARPU, payback, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and prioritising cross-team initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and measurable impact.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools.
