What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns for Search, Paid Social, and Display channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spending.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Analyze keyword and shopping feed data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand teams to define creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• Implement multi-channel reporting and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Berlin or Karlsruhe, Germany
• 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, especially with Shopping Ads and Search Ads.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads platform and Google Merchant Center.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and leverage AI tools for optimization.
• Experience with international campaigns and cultural adaptation.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods sectors.
