Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a consultative learning partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Lead intake processes to clarify needs, outcomes, and success measures.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure alignment of learning solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and translate business objectives into learning objectives.
• Design and facilitate engaging, learner-centered development programs including leadership workshops.
• Manage full project lifecycle for learning initiatives and leverage GenAI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development including instructional design and facilitation.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and familiarity with emerging technologies.
