What you will do

• Define and maintain target architecture and technical strategy for the Ecosystem area (Workflows, API, Group MIS).
• Drive improvements in scalability, performance, security, and observability.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support delivery of new features and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers to enhance architectural thinking and engineering maturity.
• Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve engineering metrics like DORA and SPACE.

Requirements

• Remote work only.
• Extensive experience designing complex distributed or API-based SaaS systems.
• Strong skills in PHP, Node, TypeScript, AWS, MySQL, and API gateways.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience with agile delivery, CI/CD, and engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE).
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• No visa sponsorship available.

• Experience with enterprise-scale API strategies and platform modernization.
