What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance CORE platform components and internal backend services.
• Shape architectural decisions and contribute to system modernization.
• Build secure, reliable, high-performance backend solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD, observability, and deployment workflows.
• Support and elevate security initiatives, including authentication/authorization approaches.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 3+ years with PHP
• Strong expertise with PHP and the Laravel ecosystem.
• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and distributed storage systems (e.g., Redis).
• Understanding of secure coding principles and modern authentication/authorization approaches.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerized environments.
• Background working with high-load systems or platform-level services is a strong advantage.
• English proficiency suitable for technical discussions.
