What you will do
- Make daily contact with clients by email, chats, and phone, including cold-calling.
- Set up meetings, interact with senior decision-makers, follow up on trials, and troubleshoot queries.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the internal CRM.
- Build client relationships by partnering with the Business Development team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated region/country.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to offer solutions and drive team success.
Requirements
- Around 2-6 years of working experience in a sales role.
- Good English and Mandarin level and great presentation skills.
- Experience in Sales selling solutions in the Energy, Commodities, B2B SaaS, or data solutions.
- Proactive 'hunter' mentality with a strategic mindset.
- A team player who prioritizes business and long-term gains.
