What you will do

  • Make daily contact with clients via email, chats, and phone, including cold-calling.
  • Set up meetings, interact with senior decision-makers, follow up on trials, and troubleshoot queries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the internal CRM.
  • Build client relationships by partnering with the Business Development team and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Help and collaborate with the Sales team, offering solutions and multi-tasking.
  • Expand revenue generation within the commodities sector in China.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of working experience in a sales role (exposure to the energy market would be a strong plus).
  • Good English and Mandarin language skills with excellent presentation and convincing abilities.
  • Experience in Sales selling solutions in the Energy, Commodities, B2B SaaS, or data solutions.
  • Familiarity and contacts within the Energy Commodities, Dry Commodities, or Financial sector is preferred.
  • Proactive ‘hunter’ mentality with a strategic mindset.
  • Team player with a focus on business and long-term gains.
