What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes for the entire product lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary internal resource for Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Act as the key operational liaison between the product team and external partners.
• Standardize and facilitate communication of product updates and launch schedules to stakeholders.
• Manage the operational aspects of product and feature launches, including internal training.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, proposing actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong skills in process design, optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Ability to manage and standardize stakeholder communication across internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) workflows and product launch preparation.
• Understanding of release management practices, including QA alignment and documentation flow.
• Strong capability to identify operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
