What you will do

• Own and manage relationships with all Solutions Partners, ensuring delivery maturity and certified capacity.
• Lead onboarding, training, and certification of new implementation partners.
• Oversee partner-led project implementations to maintain quality, methodology, and timelines.
• Monitor project portfolio, identify risks, and support partner delivery with technical teams.
• Conduct partner performance reviews and manage corrective actions and re-certifications.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams.

Requirements

• English: must have excellent communication skills.
• 4–8 years experience in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance.
• Experience with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of software/IT implementation processes including integration, configuration, and UAT.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, or digital content platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with global technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of partner governance tools, PMO frameworks, and QA processes.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
