What you will do

• Design and deliver high-impact analytics solutions for marketing performance evaluation.
• Build data pipelines integrating third-party sources and create interactive tools for partner teams.
• Act as a thought partner to marketing leaders to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and shape team culture and processes.
• Visualize and communicate data insights to senior stakeholders for decision support.
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and manage uncertainties.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least 2 days per week onsite in Barcelona
• Experience in predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics, campaign optimization, LTV modeling, and incrementality analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one visualization tool such as Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data simply and effectively.
• Team player with ability to build effective working relationships.
