What you will do

• Resource plan for hirify.global’s Call of Duty studios, including long-term planning for future titles.
• Act as a studio-matter expert and point of contact for select studios, building resource plans and monitoring budgets.
• Maintain monthly processes for resource planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses, articulating budget variances to senior leaders.
• Support the development and delivery of accurate business updates to leadership and studio leads.
• Partner with Studio Finance on quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including analyzing player engagement data and optimizing organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/Strategy, or Business Operations.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to build trust-based stakeholder relationships and collaborate across numerous parties.
• Comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and ability to make well-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated success in developing new processes or improving existing ones.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Los Angeles, California (Santa Monica).
