What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across Sportsbook services including odds/trading engines, risk tools, data pipelines, platform, and frontend components
• Own technical setup, architecture, and scalability of high-load, low-latency Sportsbook systems
• Manage team leads and senior engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and growth
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, and other teams to align technical execution with business goals
• Oversee CI/CD, production stability, and engineering best practices
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements across regions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in backend or full-stack development and 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership
• Experience building or leading high-load, distributed, or real-time systems
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and message brokers
• Deep understanding of system design, event-driven architecture, and scalable API design
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ required

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET stack (C#, .NET Core, microservices, tooling)
• Experience in Sportsbook, iGaming, or trading systems
