What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, self-organized agile software development teams.
• Provide technical guidance, shape development processes, and promote lean software practices.
• Facilitate agile/Scrum events, drive improvement initiatives, and resolve impediments.
• Ensure quality engineering delivery of products within defined scope, time, and quality.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with senior management.
• Perform line management duties including recruiting, performance, and individual staff development.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in embedded software engineering.
• Proven experience in a leading position with agile development teams.
• Deep understanding of agile development methods and practices.
• Broad know-how in software development methods, processes, and technologies.
• Strong interest and experience in leadership and people management.
• Excellent command of English.

• Experience in the automotive domain.
