Junior UX/UI Engineer

What you will do

• Scope and plan UX projects, engaging with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct concept and usability testing, gathering feedback, and leveraging user research for product improvements.
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and personas.
• Create and update user personas, user journeys, and site maps.
• Build clean and effective user experiences, translating concepts into elegant application designs.
• Solve complex interaction problems and humanize product ideas.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer for 6+ months.
• Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and human-centred design principles.
• Understanding of UX principles, personas, and usability.
• Good communication skills and ownership in identifying design steps.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above required.
