TL;DR

What you will do

• Design user-focused, insight-driven, accessible digital products with minimal guidance.
• Apply fundamental UI design principles including grids, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with teams and provide constructive feedback to improve design processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members and help shape design processes.
• Work with and influence stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven experience in user experience design roles.
• Strong understanding of UI design fundamentals.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate effectively.
