What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performing systems, applying strong performance, security, and optimization practices.
• Mentor and guide developers, promoting technical excellence, clear communication, and structured documentation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Explore new technologies, industry trends, and define architectural strategy to support company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, with a strong background in designing and maintaining complex systems.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise or distributed software solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including architecture, deployment, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, system integration, and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, API-first, domain-driven).
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, Python, or other modern languages.
• Deep knowledge of security, performance, and scalability considerations in solution design.
• English: Well-written and spoken English daily required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
