What you will do

• Drive the development of complex server-side applications, ensuring quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into detailed backend architectures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive backend testing strategies for application reliability and stability.
• Incorporate best practices, including secure coding, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless feature integration and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other Backend Engineers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in backend programming languages like .NET.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and ORM libraries.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.
