Sr. First Developer (.NET): Maintaining and improving existing functionality and developing new application parts. Focus on designing, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product and libraries.

Location: Remote. Ideal locations include: Serbia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia and Romania.

• Deliver value for our customers
• Improve the stability and observability of our product
• Develop parts of the application: design, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product and libraries
• Review code and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Experience in .NET development and test coverage
• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with Database concurrency
• Upper-Intermediate English: both written and spoken
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
• Integrity and full commitment

• Readiness to work in an intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and determination to break through
