Salary: €3700–€5300 gross (monthly)

What you will do

• Design and implement robust data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in all data assets.
• Drive compliance with governance standards by maintaining data integrity and enforcing best practices.
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques and AI-driven approaches to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets, uncovering trends and predictive patterns.
• Transform raw data into meaningful, trusted insights using modern tools and Generative AI models for automated reporting and scenario analysis.
• Design and deliver interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics that drive decision-making.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and utilize Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Scala, and R for scalable data processing and management.
• Lead AI development initiatives, including building predictive models, Generative AI solutions, and AI agents to automate insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a data-related or similar IT field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an established business environment.
• Full working proficiency in English (compulsory).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI agents, with hands-on experience in AI development and workflow orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Professional qualifications: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI fundamentals, Databricks related, Power BI.
