Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Structure ambiguous retention questions into actionable insights and credible recommendations.
• Run churn diagnostics and build predictive models to define lifecycle stages and interventions.
• Design and measure retention initiatives using A/B testing and causal inference methods.
• Perform cohort lifetime-value analysis to map customer journeys and realized value.
• Use AI tools to automate routine querying and reporting to focus on high-level judgment.
• Present complex findings to growth and operations stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in decision science, analytics, or subscription/retention roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for modeling and automation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker.
• Solid understanding of subscription metrics like churn, cohorts, and LTV.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in customer lifecycle management.
• Background in predictive LTV modeling.
