Salary: $119,800–$258,000 per year depending on location

What you will do

• Analyze customer and market signals to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Define vision and strategy for AI Search product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Create user stories and collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to develop integrated scenarios.
• Communicate product strategy internally and externally, including evangelizing features.
• Partner with marketing and business planning to define release criteria and acquisition strategies.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to improve product development and build customer trust.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View, United States with office presence expected
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product, project, or program management or software development.
• Ability to pass hirify.global Cloud background check and security screenings.
• Experience with Search or Recommendation systems and Large Language Models preferred.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)
