Location: Onsite in Redmond, United States with expectation to work from office at least four days per week

Salary: $139,900–$274,800 per year (varies by location)

What you will do

• Analyze customer and market signals to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI Search quality and modeling products.
• Collaborate with UX, design, engineering, and research teams to develop integrated AI Search solutions.
• Communicate product strategy internally and externally, including evangelizing features.
• Partner with marketing and business planning to drive product releases and customer acquisition.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve product development.

Requirements

• Must be located within commuting distance to a hirify.global office in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in product, project, or program management or software development.
• Ability to pass hirify.global Cloud background check and security screenings.
• Experience with Search or Recommendation systems preferred.
• Knowledge of large language model development including data collection, training, and evaluation preferred.
