Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (U.S. general range); USD $220,800 – $331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

- Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers and deliver business results.
- Own the development and optimization of personalization strategies for monetization.
- Define principles for personalized experiences and manage product features from development to launch.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up experiments, and measure success with data and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience leading cross-functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
- 5+ years experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
- 7+ years of experience building Ads products.
- 5+ years of experience in monetization products and B2B.
