What you will do

• Design and develop the core platform for Advertiser Copilot using Semantic Kernel and GenAI models.
• Build scalable, secure, and efficient AI-driven workflows for campaign management.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver an intuitive advertiser experience.
• Lead technical discussions, create design documents, and act as a Designated Responsible Individual for system reliability.
• Mentor engineers and continuously improve system availability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite within a 50-mile commute of a Microsoft office in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, REST API development, and AI integration frameworks like Semantic Kernel.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Master’s degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
