Location: Odesa, Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Ukraine

What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Kubernetes.
• Work with RedHat Linux environments to ensure system stability.
• Dive into issues across the full stack to identify real root causes.
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Automate routine operations with scripts (Python/Ansible welcomed).
• Participate in a global follow-the-sun support rotation.

Requirements

• Linux administration experience (RedHat preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Troubleshooting mindset and calm, logical problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenShift or OpenStack.
• Terraform familiarity.
• Docker/Containerization understanding.
• Python or Ansible for automation.
• Cloud networking basics (routing, LB, firewalls, etc.).
• Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CKA.
