What you will do
- Own configuration and optimisation of HubSpot and support new tool rollouts.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports, monitoring KPI performance and data quality.
- Own onboarding documentation and training materials, driving enablement initiatives.
- Design and improve RevOps workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving automation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success for cross-functional alignment.
- Utilise GenAI tools to find new ways of working and leverage opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / CRM Admin.
- Practical CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Process-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and adaptable.
Nice to have
- Basic automation experience.
- Reporting / BI exposure.
- SaaS or martech experience.
