What you will do
- Deeply understand key clients (Public authorities, Corporates) and their users.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to define new offers and develop appropriate UX.
- Deliver scalable, "on-the-shelf" SaaS solutions with a dedicated squad.
- Manage the roadmap and product backlog, prioritizing features for tender commitments and platform capabilities.
- Establish and monitor metrics for product performance, partner satisfaction, and user behavior.
- Document product rules and system logic to ensure shared understanding across teams.
Requirements
- Strong academic background, preferably in business or management.
- 3-5 years of proven product management experience.
- Business-oriented mindset with understanding of SaaS-driven approach.
- Strong product sense and end-user obsession.
- Ability to animate and align stakeholders and manage complex trade-offs.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clear, detailed product specifications.
- Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2B, B2G SaaS products.
- Proactive use of AI tooling to boost productivity or serve business objectives.
