What you will do
- Participate in IT budgeting and forecasting (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Provide financial expertise for operational decisions and new contract terms.
- Prepare documentation for capitalization of IT expenses in line with accounting standards.
- Develop financial models and business cases for IT initiatives.
- Monitor actual IT spending, prepare reports, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Administer invoices and vendor contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance, with at least 1 year in a Business Partner, FP&A, or Controlling role supporting IT or digital functions.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Understanding of IT cost structures: cloud (AWS), SaaS, licenses, cybersecurity, infrastructure.
- Experience preparing business cases and financial models for large IT projects.
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools.
- English: B2 or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, fintech, or payments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
