Location: Remote (Canada only), with a preference for Montreal. Must work 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST.

Salary: $55,000 CAD (base)

What you will do

• Review incoming deal requests and merchant statements to determine appropriate pricing for hirify.global Payments.
• Analyze processing costs, margins, and deal economics to ensure profitability.
• Make confident, independent decisions in a "grey zone" environment.
• Provide clear, timely guidance to Sales reps via Slack and Salesforce.
• Manage a daily case volume of approximately 10–13 pricing requests, meeting internal SLAs.
• Support both new pricing (new customers) and repricing (existing customers).

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, data handling).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence to make decisions independently while asking smart questions.
• Ability to work autonomously across a global, distributed team.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• English fluency is required as a working language.

Nice to have

• Experience in Payments, Merchant Services, or FinTech.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Looker or BI tools.
• French language skills.
